Census and Tax Collection Software
This service is a fully integrated census and tax collection software solution providing census, per capita tax billing and collection, real estate tax collection and lock-box collection capabilities.

Coaching and Teacher Leadership
This service provides ongoing training and support to build the capacity of teacher leaders who are working to improve student achievement through building a culture of collaborative and continuous learning in their schools.

College Fair for Students with Disabilities
This annual program is offered to students, parents, educators, and college and agency representatives to explore postsecondary training options for students with disabilities and the demands from high school to college studies.

Community School Programs
This program provides full-day educational programming for middle and high school students with significant mental health/behavioral issues in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. The focus is on academic progress, development of social/problem-solving skills, and work habits needed for successful transition to adult life.

Conference Center & Services
The IU 13 Conference Center offers space for use by area school districts, educational agencies, IU 13, and local businesses. The Conference Center offers full support and state-of-the-art technology such as video streaming, videoconferencing, two computer labs, mobile lab units, conference calling, large screen projection, and more. The
facility also provides ample, well-lit parking; on-site catering; and an Internet café for guests to use.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Courses for Credit - 
Regional Professional Development and/or Site-Based

IU 13 offers one-, two-, and three-credit Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses throughout the year. Topics include, but are not limited to: content deepening in math, science and social studies, instructional technology, sign language, school safety and management, dealing with grief and loss, and classroom management. Course offerings are published three times a year.

Contract Negotiation Information
This service provides an online resource of contract information and sharing of current topics to assist districts in the negotiations process.

Counseling and Consultation
Licensed psychologists or social workers provide this service to school districts for students with disabilities  needing individual counseling. Counseling may be conducted in Spanish or English for students to improve social, emotional, and behavioral functioning in the school setting.

Courier Deliveries
This service provides daily inter-district mail, package, and video deliveries throughout Lancaster and Lebanon County school districts.

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
The Crisis Prevention Institute course identifies proven strategies for the safety and welfare of all persons involved in a crisis situation. Participants learn safe and effective means to de-escalate a crisis and to protect themselves when confronted with a potentially violent individual.

Curriculum Coordinators’ Meetings
This service provides a forum for district Curriculum Coordinators to discuss best practices in curriculum, assessment and instruction.

Customized Training Services
These services are available to districts, agencies and employers who want to improve workplace knowledge, skills and/or attitudes. Trained staff will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, recommend specific training 
objectives, and design effective training programs.
