Head Start
Lebanon County Head Start is a comprehensive preschool program that serves children who are three or four years of age. The target population that Head Start serves is predominantly low-income or below the federal poverty level. In addition, Head Start may serve up to 10% of funded enrollment to over-income families if the child has a disability or special needs.

Homebound Instruction - Temporary
This service provides learning experiences in the home for students in Grades K-12 who are unable to attend a school-based program on a short-term basis due to illness or injury.

Homestead/Farmstead Invoice Printing
This service includes soliciting proposals for printing and mailing services for Homestead/Farmstead applications for Lancaster County districts.

Human Resources Audits
This service includes visits to districts to review the entire human resources function for legal compliance and best practices.

Human Resources Best Practices Training
This service provides targeted human resource training on utilizing best practices and meeting legal requirements for topics such as hiring, leave administration, personnel records management, HIPAA, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), etc.

This service allows districts to contact IU 13 Human Resources Services for questions regarding daily operations.
