The Lancaster-Lebanon Public Schools Joint Purchasing Program conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services for the use of its members' educational programs and facilities. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards.
