Que Centre’s software solutions are priced according to a yearly subscription fee as outlined below. A one time Installation Services Fee is required with your initial year of subscription. This fee will cover the pre-loading of your buildings, floors, rooms, users, email addresses, assets lists and remote training. Optional On Site Training is also available. Included in your yearly module subscription fee are software upgrades, Call Center Support and Online Support.
Que Centre Solution Modules
Work Order Module
Easily manage on-demand work orders. Creating, updating, tracking, approvals and closure of work orders are all handled in this module. Workflow and status updates are tracked for easy reporting.
Preventive Maintenance Module
Extend equipment life by documenting and performing consistent maintenance on unlimited district assets. The ability to nameplate information including procedures, drawings, photos and schematics is integrated with this module. This module can produce detailed reporting of maintenance history for all assets entered. The Preventive Maintenance module can be integrated with Work Order Module to automatically create and schedule work orders for scheduled preventive maintenance.
Event Scheduling Module
Schedule one-time and recurring events including the ability to choose equipment and materials needed. The Event Scheduling Module also includes automatic notification to appropriate staff and conflict notifications.
Inventory Management Module
Accurately track the use and quantities of consumables to maintain lean inventory levels and receive automatic email notifications when a re-ordering threshold is reached.
