Response to Intervention (RtI) is an evidence-based comprehensive school improvement strategy that is aligned to Pennsylvania’s academic standards. RtI training and technical assistance are offered within the context of a long-term partnership with school-based teams who are invested in RtI as a strategy for improving enhancing the academic and behavioral achievement of all students. IU 13’s goal is to help leaders obtain fidelity of RtI implementation on a school level as it relates to the model’s core tenants including leadership, scientifically based core and supplemental instruction, reliable and valid assessment, sophisticated data analysis, synthesis, treatment matching, resource allocation, scheduling, and parent involvement. IU 13 offers Response to Intervention (RtI) Select Team Training and Regional Networking opportunities to interested districts.
