Every day educators strive to produce significant learning outcomes in students despite challenging economic conditions. Now, more than ever, cultivating excellence in our schools requires the careful conservation of all available resources. Through the cooperation and collaboration of teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, administrators, agencies, and families, the needs of all 21^st century learners will be met.

The sessions offered at this year’s conference, “Planting Seeds of Knowledge: Cultivating Excellence,” will provide all members of the educational community with a variety of opportunities to learn strategies and practices to support achievement that will continue to grow and thrive into the future.

Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 welcomes everyone who takes part in any aspect of cultivating student excellence to participate in this conference.
