Board Policy

The IU 13 Board of School Directors establishes policies to direct the operations of the organization. These policies are a matter of public record and are accessible below by category or via a keyword search. In an effort to ensure effective organizational operations, the Board conducts an ongoing periodic review of all existing policies. Questions regarding the IU 13 Board Policy Manual may be directed to Dr. Brian Barnhart, Assistant Executive Director.

The IU 13 Board of School Directors is currently in the process of reviewing all of its policies. Part of this process includes implementing a new numbering system. During this transition, the section names below reflect both the original numbering system for policies awaiting review as well as the new numbering system for policies which have been reviewed, revised, or added through the review process.
