Camp Invention - For students entering Grades 1-6 - REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THIS CAMP
July 19-23, 2010

Tuition: $230 per student. 
Location: Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13, 1020 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA

Participate in five exciting, hands-on modules, presented by local teachers. Discover how fun STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) can be! The week's activities include: Problem-Solving on Planet Zak®, Imagination Point: Ride Physics™, Spills and Chills™, I Can Invent III™, and Global Games™. Camp Invention is presented in collaboration with the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Music, Media, & More  [CANCELLED]

Tuition: $175 per student

A hands-on exploration of American musical styles featuring cutting-edge tech tools and creative opportunities! During this weeklong half-day camp, explore the ever-changing landscape of American music, and use computer tools to enhance your own creativity and develop your own music. Plus, connect and interact with music professionals through videoconferencing! 

Health Careers Camp - For students entering Grades 9-12 - REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THIS CAMP

Tuition: $300 per student
Location: Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13, 1020 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA

Have you ever wanted to see actual medical procedures and have your questions answered by real-life professionals in health occupations? Would you like to earn your certification in CPR and First Aid? If you have an interest in exploring the vast range of opportunities in health careers, this weeklong full-day camp is for you! Planned activities include videoconferencing to explore health careers with professionals and a visit to a college of health sciences.

 

Financial Assistance

Limited need-based scholarships will be awarded to eligible students participating in "Music, Media, & More" or "Health Careers Camp" in the order in which applications are received with eligibility based on 2009-10 income eligibility requirements for participation in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Tuition for scholarship recipients will be $10 per session.

To apply for a scholarship, please complete and sign the Project SAIL Scholarship Application, and return it with the reduced tuition of $10.00 and the applicable camp registration form to:

An additional opportunity for students attending "Music, Media, & More" or "Health Careers Camp" whose families who can pay more, but are not eligible for a scholarship and cannot afford the entire camp cost, is available through a need-based partially subsidized half-price tuition rate. This rate is available based on the honor system; the scholarship application is not required. Should your family require this need-based tuition assistance in order for your child to participate, please submit a note with your "Music, Media, & More" or "Health Careers Camp" registration form indicating your desire to use this option along with a 50% tuition payment.
