customized, on-site, quality education and training programs for incumbent
employees. Workplace Education can assist companies with the means to
expand, develop, and improve employee job skills.

It is the mission of IU 13's Workplace
Education Program to meet the performance needs of companies by providing
employee education and training programs to develop, enhance, or improve
foundation skills. Instruction is presented in an "on-the-job" context whenever possible.
