Skills
Foundation Skills classes are designed
for employees who need to acquire basic skills such as math, reading
comprehension, and writing, or for employees who desire to brush up
on specific skills prior to taking advanced training.

Enrichment Classes
Educational Enrichment Classes
are designed for individuals who have a strong mastery of foundation
skills but desire to further enhance their comprehension, application,

GED
Preparation Classes
GED Preparation Classes are designed
for individuals who desire to obtain a GED Certificate or simply for
individuals who desire to review high school material prior to attending
a college or university program. Students are pretested to determine
subject strengths and weaknesses. Instructors work individually with
students to improve skills identified in the test results.
ESL
Classes
English as a Second Language classes
of various levels of ability are offered to individuals and to groups
who desire to learn and/or improve their English language skills and
facilitate speaking, writing, listening, and reading. Students are tested
to determine their areas of strengths and weaknesses within the four
skills. Instruction emphasizes work-related vocabulary and practice.

Training Programs
Customized training programs, specialized
assessments, task analyses, and educational consulting services are
available to help meet your organization's specific needs. Needs assessments
are a very useful tool in establishing, clarifying, and identifying
