Joint Purchasing Vendor InformationThe Lancaster-Lebanon Public Schools Joint Purchasing Board conducts its bids each school year with the assistance of eSchoolMall, a provider of Web-based procurement tools for the educational community. During the 2000-2001 school year, IU 13 initiated a pioneering program of bids conducted electronically via secure servers using encrypted data and “electronic lock box” technology ensuring safety, confidentiality, and timeliness of bids. eSchoolMall has since implemented significant changes to the their “easyBid” process that will enhance the program’s ease of use and provide additional benefits to users and vendors alike.
