The ten-room conference facility can accommodate groups from 25-425 people. Each room is equipped with a projection system, podium, microphone, wireless Internet access, telephone access, and the ability to do videoconferencing, Webcasting, video recording, and conference calls. Audio-visual equipment, television, VCR/DVD player, CD player, and Dry-Erase boards are also available. Two computer-training rooms are available, one designated for Mac users and the other for PC users. Facilitators may also use the IU 13 "Mobile Lab" program featuring 45 computers with wireless Internet access that participants may borrow while attending a conference on site. The Conference Center also features an on-site caterer and an on-site cafeteria, with a large and well-lit parking lot.
