From East (via US Rt. 30):

Travel on US Rt. 30 West to the PA Rt. 23 East exit – New Holland Avenue/Pike (exits prior to Rt. 23 East include Rt. 340, Greenfield Rd., and Walnut St.). Turn left at the top of the exit ramp toward New Holland Avenue/Downtown Lancaster. Burle Business Park is approximately .4 miles on the left. Enter the parking lot by turning left at the “Burle Business Park Entrance” sign at the third traffic light (traffic light after the Pleasure Road intersection). Look for the IU 13 sign and main entrance at the portico facing the main parking lot.

From North (via PA Turnpike):

Exit PA Turnpike via Exit 286 toward US Rt. 222 South. Continue on US Rt. 222 South and merge onto US Rt. 30 East. Take the PA Rt. 23 East exit – New Holland Avenue/Pike. Go right at the top of the exit ramp toward New Holland Avenue/Downtown Lancaster. Burle Business Park is approximately .3 miles on the left. Enter the parking lot by turning left at the “Burle Business Park Entrance” sign at the second traffic light (traffic light after the Pleasure Road intersection). Look for the IU 13 sign and main entrance at the portico facing the main parking lot.

From West (via PA Rt. 283 East/Rt. 30 East):

Travel on PA Rt. 283 East until it becomes US Rt. 30. Continue on US Rt. 30 East and exit at PA Rt. 23 East – New Holland Avenue/Pike (exits prior to Rt. 23 East include Fruitville Pike, Lititz Pike/Rt. 501, Oregon Pike/Rt. 272, and Rt. 222). Go right at the top of the exit ramp toward New Holland Avenue/Downtown Lancaster. Burle Business Park is approximately .3 miles on the left. Enter the parking lot by turning left at the “Burle Business Park Entrance” sign at the second traffic light (traffic light after the Pleasure Road intersection). Look for the IU 13 sign and main entrance at the portico facing the main parking lot.
