English as a Second Language: Title III Consortium Members and ESL Point of Contact Meetings

Title III Consortium Members

The Title III Consortium Grant has significantly subsidized the IU 13 ESL Program Specialist Certification program. As a result, employees of member districts* will receive a differentiated fee structure. Current member districts include:

Annville-Cleona Lampeter-Strasburg
Cocalico Manheim Central
Columbia Borough Northern Lebanon
Cornwall-Lebanon Palmyra Area
Donegal Penn Manor
Eastern Lancaster County Pequea Valley
Eastern Lebanon County Solanco
Elizabethtown Area Warwick
Ephrata Area  

*ESL Certification Courses: Substitute teachers without a Superintendent/Curriculum Coordinator's signature must pay full (non-member) rates, even if subbing for member districts.
