Elementary Knowledge Master Open
A competition between schools around the nation.

Pennsylvania Academic Competition
This is a quiz bowl between schools around the state. The 2008 Pennsylvania State Academic Competition was held on Friday, April 25, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building in Harrisburg. Each of the 29 intermediate units in Pennsylvania was permitted to send one high school academic team to participate in the competition.

Odyssey of the Mind
A website set up for gifted students worldwide. Students compete in "creative problem-solving" events.

Center for Rural Education
A program set up as an information resource from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
