Gifted Network

The gifted network was created as a resource for teachers and coordinators of the gifted. IU 13 formed this network specifically for the 22 school districts and other nonpublic institutions in the Lancaster-Lebanon area.

Each year, IU 13 holds four meetings. Every meeting covers topics relevant to gifted education and also provides an outlet for discussion and concerns about gifted education in the classroom or district. Networking and sharing personal experiences is an integral part of every meeting and builds camaraderie between the participants.

All 22 districts and nonpublic schools in the IU 13 area are welcome to join the network. The cost is $50 per person, per year.

A district or nonpublic school may choose not to join but can still participate. The rate for non-network members is $30 per person, per meeting.
