A Learning Community for New PrincipalsIU 13 invites new principals and new assistant principals
to participate in a professional development opportunity designed to provide
the novice principal with collegial support and essential skills needed
to lead teachers, promote student achievement, and carry out the role
of the principal effectively. Through participation in this learning community,
valuable insights and skills for coping with the challenges and opportunities
of the principalship will be shared. 2008-2009 Meeting Schedule All meetings run 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with networking and breakfast beginning at 7:30 a.m. All meetings will be held at IU 13's Lancaster Conference Center at Burle Business Park (1020 New Holland Avenue).
