Excent Services

Excent Tera is designed and managed by Global Educational Technologies. It is a web-enabled student case management software program, particularly designed for special educators' use. Through Excent Tera, special education professionals produce student, assessment and progress reports, which meet the requirements of state and federal regulations.

IU 13 teachers, therapists and psychologists are using Excent Tera as are the special education staff of the following school districts: Annville-Cleona, Donegal, Eastern Lebanon County, Lebanon, Northern Lebanon, Palmyra Area, Pequea Valley, Solanco, and Warwick. IU 13 staff act as liaisons between Global Educational Technologies and school district users to keep Excent Tera updated with the most current forms and enhancements. IU 13 staff also provides training and technical assistance for Excent Tera users.

A step-by-step manual was also created to assist Excent users with the various components of the program. This manual is available by contacting Excent staff, as listed below.
