13's Special Education Services Department
works as a partner with school districts in meeting the special education
needs of the students in Grades K-12. Special education for all school-age
children is made available in all 22 school districts in the Lancaster
and Lebanon county area. The school districts contract with IU 13 and
refer some of their exceptional students to special education programs
provided by the IU.
