Satellite
teleconferencing provides real-time voice and video information, and
has the advantage of broadcasting to multiple sites over large geographic
areas. Interactivity is limited to telephone-based audio or computer-based
instant messaging. IU 13 can receive C Band, KU Band and digital satellite
broadcast signals.
