Educational Office Personnel In-Service (4/11/19)

April 11, 2019

The Conference and Training Center at IU13

Sign up for an engaging morning as we explore the topic of cyber-related crimes and how to best protect ourselves from them. Then, journey with us as we delve into understanding what makes leaders great in their everyday lives. During our first session of the morning, Sarah Fritz or Janie Swinehart from the Lancaster County District Attorney’s (DA) Office will discuss cyber-related crimes and give participants a better understanding of several social media platforms, including ways that people – both young and old – can safely engage with them. Later in the morning, Dr. Brian Barnhart will explore the need to overcome "average”; not just being good at WHAT we do, but finding ways to be GREAT at who we are. Listeners will leave with ideas for how to change the culture around them in order to best develop their influence as leaders in every aspect of their lives – both professionally and personally.

(NOTE: This event is repeated on April 2, 2019.)
