IU13 Internal Bid and RFP Information

IU13 Collaborative Services coordinates the application and selection process for bids and RFPs. IU13 conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services for the use of its educational programs and facilities. Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. In addition, IU13 strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors.

  • Network Services and Equipment:

    You are invited to submit proposals for network services (Ethernet WAN, Leased Fiber, and New Fiber) and equipment for the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 Wide Area Network Consortium.

    Responses are due by 2:00 PM EST on November 17, 2017.  Thank you for your interest in this important project for K-12 education and libraries in the Lancaster and Lebanon region.   
     
  • RFP 178-031 – Sign Language Interpreter Services:

    The Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (“IU13”) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Sign Language Interpreting Services, according to the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) #178-031. RFP documents, including terms and conditions, scope of work, specifications and proposal format, can be obtained from Andrew Will, Collaborative and Purchasing Services Manager. Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority
