IU13 Internal Bid and RFP Information

IU13 Collaborative Services coordinates the application and selection process for bids and RFPs. IU13 conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services for the use of its educational programs and facilities. Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. In addition, IU13 strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors.

  • RFP 167-015 - Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 Transportation Services - The Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (“IU13”) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Transportation Services, according to the specifications contained in Request for Proposal (“RFP”) #167-015. RFP documents, including terms and conditions, scope of work, specifications and proposal format, can be obtained from Steven M. Frey, C.P.M., Senior Collaborative Services Manager. Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority

The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services related to the operating, maintaining, and improvement of the facilities that it owns or leases for the use of the IU13 and the public schools.
