IU13 Collaborative Purchasing Program Information

IU13 Collaborative Services conducts bids and RFPs for the use of its participating members’ educational programs and facilities. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. IU13 is the awarding lead agency for this program and strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors. RFP 245-002 – IU13 WAN Consortium

Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Leased Lit Fiber (“Lit Fiber”, which may include Optical Wavelength Services), Leased Dark Fiber (“Dark Fiber Service”), and supporting Network Equipment to add additional buildings to an existing Wide Area Network (WAN), according to the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 245-002.

All interested vendors must register with IU13 by emailing Steven Frey at steven_frey@iu13.org, with subject “IU13 WAN RFP 245-002 Registration”.

Deadline to register is November 4, 2024 – 1:00 PM EST.

RFP documents and addenda are posted on the USAC website at https://data.usac.org/publicreports/Forms/Form470Rfp/Index. Search for BEN 17001356.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM EST on December 18, 2024.


 

Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority

The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services related to the operating, maintaining, and improvement of the facilities that it owns or leases for the use of the IU13 and the public schools. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors.
