IU13 Internal Bid and RFP Information

IU13 Collaborative Services coordinates the application and selection process for bids and RFPs. IU13 conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services for the use of its educational programs and facilities. Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. In addition, IU13 strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors.

  • RFP 212-011 – IU13 WAN Consortium – Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Leased Lit Fiber (“Lit Fiber,” which may include Optical Wavelength Services) and Leased Dark Fiber (“Dark Fiber Service”) to add additional buildings to an existing Wide Area Network (WAN), according to the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 212-011. RFP documents, including terms and conditions, scope of work, specifications and proposal format, can be obtained from Steven Frey, Senior Collaborative Services Manager. To register and receive the RFP documentation, please respond to the email address below, requesting the RFP information by Monday, January 3, 2022.

IU13 Collaborative Purchasing Program Information

IU13 Collaborative Services conducts bids and RFPs for the use of its participating members’ educational programs and facilities. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. IU13 is the awarding lead agency for this program and strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors. Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority

The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services related to the operating, maintaining, and improvement of the facilities that it owns or leases for the use of the IU13 and the public schools. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors.
