Evaluating Children for Services
To learn about having a Lancaster or Lebanon County child evaluated for speech, language, or other developmental needs, please contact the appropriate resource below based on the child’s age:
- If you think your infant or toddler (child ages birth-3) may need early intervention services, please call the Lancaster County Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Program at 717-399-7323 or the Lebanon County Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Program at 717-274-3415.

- If you think your preschool child (child ages 3-5) may need early intervention services, please complete the referral form here or call the IU13 Referral Hotline:
