Higher Education Partnerships for Local Educators

Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 is proud to partner with Drexel University, Lebanon Valley College, and Elizabethtown College to provide discounted tuition for individuals working in both public and non-public schools within our region.

Drexel University

Through a collaboration between Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 and Drexel University, Lancaster County and Lebanon County public and non-public school employees are now eligible for reduced tuition from Drexel’s distinguished portfolio of online degrees and certificates, including 30% tuition reduction in graduate pathways from Drexel’s School of Education.

In the Drexel University application for admission, be sure to self-identify as affiliated with Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 in the Partnerships section of application. This will automatically connect the partnership tuition reduction to your online program of interest.

Lebanon Valley College

Lebanon Valley College logoMale educator on laptopAny eligible individuals working in a Lancaster County or Lebanon County public or nonpublic school will receive a discount of 25% on the standard tuition charged towards the completion of a certificate and 15% of the standard tuition charged towards the completion of additional certificates, Masters of Education, and Master of Music Education degrees.

These certificates include:

Applicants must submit proof of current employment (i.e. employment badge, recent pay stub, etc.) with a school located in Lancaster or Lebanon County. LVC will work with prospective students to ensure that all admission requirements are met.

Elizabethtown College

IU13 is now an affinity partner with the Elizabethtown College School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) to offer individuals working in both public and non-public schools in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties a 15% discount off the per-credit rate for all Elizabethtown College SGPS undergraduate and graduate degree program offerings.

Employment will be verified on a regular basis. Participants must meet all admissions requirements, apply, and be accepted into the program.
