Building Solutions Conference
Join colleagues from around PA to learn about strategies, tools and successes in continuous school improvement. The Statewide School Improvement Team invites leaders and educators from all PA public schools, LEAs, IUs and related organizations. The conference has no cost for participants.

Conference FAQs
The invitation is for all public schools, whether they have received a CSI, A-TSI or TSI designation or not. The invitation includes charter schools and cyber schools.
Pennsylvania’s System for LEA/School Improvement is a team that supports schools statewide that are designated in school improvement. If you have specific questions or needs regarding the conference, you can email Meagan_Steiner@iu13.org.
There is no registration fee for the conference or lunches. Participants will be responsible for travel costs (such as lodging, mileage, or other meals).
We will provide lunch at no cost on both days of the conference, as well as coffee in the morning. If you have a dietary restriction, please be sure to note this when registering, or email Andrew_Mattey@iu13.org.
PaTTAN Harrisburg is located at 6340 Flank Drive #600, Harrisburg, and has a main parking lot in the front. If this lot is full, you can also park on the street on Flank Drive or in the rear parking lot (follow signs for this lot).
Thirty Act 45 hours will be provided when all requirements are met.
Yes, Act 45 participants will receive 12 hours for attending both days of the conference and will complete job-embedded work for the remaining Act 45 hours. During and after the conference, you can find details on the job-embedded work in the online folder for participants.
Yes, six hours of Act 48 credit will be provided for each day. If applicable, please be sure you provide your PPID number when registering.
