Facility Use Agreement Process
Rent An IU13 Center or Space!
As a community partner, IU13 makes its spaces available for rent for long-term or short–term use.
Types of Space:
Facility Use:
Select this agreement for short-term use of an IU13 facility. Use can be hourly, daily, and/or weekly. These requests are temporary/occasional use, and generally less than 90 days total in length. (Example: need to use the space on Mondays, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., for the next 3 months.) These are ideal for small meetings, sports activities in a gymnasium, athletic field events, small club events, and more. An application to rent space can be submitted today.
Flex Space Agreement:
Select this agreement for IU13 facility use that exceeds 90 days in length for the year, and are reserved for specific exclusive use. (Example: Need to use the space for 4 months for a class Monday thru Friday.) Please contact facilityuse@iu13.org if you are interested in renting space a longer-term rental option.

Instructions for filling out and submitting the Application for Facilities Usage
- Download the Application for Facilities Usage and then open it in Adobe Reader or Acrobat to fill it out.
- Please fill in all spaces in the fillable form with the exception of the Cost on page 4. Cost will be filled out by Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 when your application is reviewed.
- Be sure to check the box under cost that shows whether your use will be for an event only or that you need ongoing monthly use.
- Click on the link to upload your application. Fill in your organization, your first and last name, your email address, the IU13 Facility you want to use and pick the Facility use type using the drop-down button and click submit.
Submit Your Application Form Here- **Make sure to submit an insurance certificate with the requirements found on page 2 of the Agreement. Your application will not be considered complete without proof of current insurance.**
- Your application will go through the approval process. You will be contacted after the review of your application by all parties necessary to let you know if your application was approved or denied or if we have any questions for you. Once you are approved, the application will be sent to you via Adobe Sign for your signature and our signature to fully execute the agreement.
