The Esports Collaborative brings together IU12 (York, Adams, and Franklin), IU13 (Lancaster, Lebanon), and IU15 (Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and Northern York). The purpose of the Esports Collaborative is to provide any MS/HS educators interested in esports the opportunity to meet with a network of others to explore starting, exploring, and continuing esports programs. Time is provided to collaborate and share ideas, upcoming events, games, platforms, and opportunities with esports across PA. Current trends, opportunities for support, networking, and esports-related resources will be shared. Each collaborative meeting will be planned to focus on participant needs and questions and to provide support in the K-12 esports environments.

Tech Media Integrators Collaborative

This workshop is designed for educators who are incorporating STEELS into their teaching practice, regardless of subject area or grade level. Participants will explore implementing STEELS in a student-centered learning environment. Through hands-on activities and discussions, educators will explore strategies for designing and facilitating student-centered learning experiences that integrate STEELS concepts. Participants will leave with practical resources and resources for implementing STEELS in their classrooms, as well as a deeper understanding of how to create engaging, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences for all students.*Participants invited to attend by their district under an established contract are welcome to register at no additional cost (costs are already included in the established contract). Participants will gain hands-on experience and strategies for implementing personalized and individualized learning approaches through the three learning modalities: direct, small group instruction; focused independent work; and effective collaborative learning. In this 2-day workshop, attendees will engage in various instructional activities and strategies with direct applications in classrooms including active learning strategies and learner-centered techniques. *Participants who are invited to attend by their district under an established contract are welcome to register at no additional cost (costs are already included in the established contract). For participants who want to attend the 2 day series outside of a previously established district contract, the cost for IU13 Schools/Districts is $399 per a person and Non-IU13 Schools/Districts is $424 per a person.
