Supporting STEELS as a School Leader – Act 45 Fall 2025 Course
The PA Inspired Leadership Program's STEELS Leadership Course is designed to equip school and system leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the Pennsylvania STEELS standards effectively. This course emphasizes phenomena-based learning, the integration of science, technology, engineering, and environmental education, and effective curriculum design and assessment strategies....

This course emphasizes phenomena-based learning, the integration of science, technology, engineering, and environmental education, and effective curriculum design and assessment strategies. Participants will learn to support teachers in enhancing student engagement and conceptual understanding through innovative instructional strategies. Course information will be sent to all registered participants prior to the start of the event. 40 - Act 45 hours will be given when course is completed.

Instructional Technology Coach Mentoring Workshops

These four workshops are designed for the ongoing support of Instructional Technology Specialists and Technology Integrator Coaches. Attendees will participate in a variety of instructional activities that will focus on instructional technology coaching practices and action plans for providing support for educators in their individual districts.
Tech Media Integrators Collaborative
Monthly meetings will provide school district technology and media staff with a forum for training and sharing in the uses of technology and media in curriculum and instruction. These collaborative meetings will focus on participant needs and initiatives.
Librarians’ Collaborative
These POC collaborative meetings are for Lancaster and Lebanon County library stakeholders, including AccessPA member libraries, for the purpose of providing pertinent information concerning technology tools, ethical and legal issues, and professional development opportunities. In addition, time will be devoted for new learning and exploration for the integration of IMS...

This workshop is designed for educators who are incorporating STEELS into their teaching practice, regardless of subject area or grade level. Participants will explore implementing STEELS in a student-centered learning environment. Through hands-on activities and discussions, educators will explore strategies for designing and facilitating student-centered learning experiences that integrate STEELS concepts. Participants will leave with practical resources and resources for implementing STEELS in their classrooms, as well as a deeper understanding of how to create engaging, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences for all students.*Participants invited to attend by their district under an established contract are welcome to register at no additional cost (costs are already included in the established contract). For participants who want to attend a workshop outside of a previously established district contract, the cost is $169 for IU13 district participants and $199 for non-IU13 district participants.
