Meet the Educational Technology Team
The Educational Technology Team is dedicated to our goal of supporting the customized journey of high-quality technology integration and services that support online, blended, and personalized learning with today’s rich digital media to support teaching and learning.
Meet Our Team:
Lindsey is the Manager of Online Learning Services at IU13. She manages the Lancaster-Lebanon Virtual Solutions (LLVS) program of more than 2,500 students and is the liaison to member schools/districts. Lindsey has been working with the LLVS program since it began in August 2011. Lindsey received her undergraduate degree in Communications and Public Relations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Lindsey has been employed with IU13 for over 10 years. She began her career as the Program Assistant for LLVS, then Online and Technical Support to both LLVS districts and students, and lastly, Coordinator of Online Learning Services before transitioning to her current role as Manager.

Suzanne started with IU13 in August 2023. She is currently the Program Assistant supporting the Educational Technology Team. Prior to joining the Instructional Technology Team at IU13, Suzanne worked at Garden Spot High School for 20 years as their Administrative Assistant in Charge of Attendance. The past nine years, she was the Erosion and Sediment Administrative Specialist for the Lancaster Conservation District.
Suzanne graduated from Central Pennsylvania College with an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Business with a concentrated study in Computer Information Systems.
In her free time, she enjoys spending most of her time with her two grandchildren and her family. She also spends time building dollhouses, swimming, and going to the beach.
Since joining IU13 in 2021, Tim serves as an Instructional Technology Specialist while facilitating the IU’s Instructional Media Services (IMS) program. Prior to joining the Instructional Technology team at IU13, Tim was the Instructional Technology Coach and Coordinator at Eastern Lancaster County School District for 13 years after being in the high school science classroom for over 10 years. Tim has many years of experience facilitating a wide variety of face-to-face, blended, and virtual professional development sessions. He was a member of the district teams that initiated the district’s virtual online academy, implemented their 1:1 student computer program, the PA Hybrid Learning Institute initiative, and the move towards a personalized learning program.
Tim graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in both Secondary Science Education and Earth Sciences. He earned his M.Ed. from Penn State University in Instructional Systems, with an emphasis in Leadership in Technology Integration. He later earned a certification in eLearning, which has fostered his interest in the development of quality online learning experiences. Tim is a Discovery Education Network (DEN) Star and serves on the DE Leadership Council and is a CK-12 Certified Trainer. Outside of work, Tim enjoys time with his wife and daughters. He searches out every possible opportunity to be outdoors and play golf.

Alexis has been with IU13 since 2017. She started as a Program Assistant in Autistic Support and most recently worked as a Customer Support and Tech Liaison on the Educational Technology Team. Alexis begins her new role as Coordinator of Online Learning helping to support Lancaster-Lebanon Virtual Solutions (LLVS) focusing on customer service. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, refinishing furniture, and enjoying the outdoors.

Keith joined the Educational Technology team at IU13 in 2021 as an Instructional Technology Specialist. Prior to joining IU13, Keith taught in the Manheim Township and Donegal school districts, followed by serving as a K-12 Academic and Technology Integration Coach at the Annville-Cleona School District. He coordinates the Instructional Media Services (IMS), and provides professional learning and consultation services in the use of instructional technologies, Esports, and blended/hybrid/1:1/personalized learning strategies. Keith graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science Education degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, and completed his Master of Science degree in Learning Technologies and Media Systems (LTMS) and Instructional Technology Specialist Certification at Harrisburg University. Keith also serves as a committee chair of the Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE&C). Keith is a Schoology Ambassador, PowerSchool Champion, Apple Teacher, and a BrainPop Certified Educator.

Megan joined the Educational Technology team at IU13 in 2023 as an Instructional Technology Integrator. Prior to joining IU13, Megan taught in Manheim Township School District for eight years before supporting Manheim Township teachers as an Instructional Coach followed by a Technology Integration Coach for eight years. Megan has many years of experience with designing and facilitating a wide variety of professional learning opportunities with a focus on supporting best practices in instruction.
Megan graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science Education degree in Elementary Education, and completed her Master of Science degree in Instructional Media at Wilkes University. She later returned to Millersville University to complete the STEM Endorsement program, which has been a passion of hers ever since. Megan is also an Apple Teacher, Discovery Education Network (DEN) Star, BrainPop Certified Educator, as well as Seesaw Certified Educator.

Ken joined the IU13 Educational Technology team in 2013 as an Instructional Technology Specialist coordinating the Instructional Media Services (IMS) program after serving as a HS Spanish Teacher, World Languages Department Facilitator, and Technology Integration Coach in a local district. Ken now serves as the Associate Program Director of Educational Technology providing oversight of the Educational Technology Team supports and services including the Instructional Media Services (IMS), Lancaster-Lebanon Virtual Solutions (LLVS), and instructional technology professional learning and consultation services including, but not limited to, instructional technologies and blended/station rotation/personalized learning strategies.
Ken graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Education with certification PK-12. He completed his Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with a Focus in Technology at Capella University. He received his Instructional Technology Specialist Certification at Harrisburg University and his PK-12 Principal Certification at Penn State University. Ken is a Schoology Ambassador, Apple Teacher, Apple Trainer, Discovery Education Network (DEN) Star/Ambassador, and a BrainPop Certified Educator. Ken serves as an officer for both the PAIU PA Instructional Media Services (PAIMS) and Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE&C) board. He also serves on the CoSN Global Advisory Panel for the Driving K12 Innovation annual report.
