Floor cleaningCustodial Supplies 

This no-fee program provides competitive pricing and “just-in-time” delivery of brand consistent facilities supplies and equipment. Products include trash liners, towels, tissues, gloves, soap, floor care, cleaning chemicals and Rubbermaid products. The equipment portion of the program is designed as a “one stop” shop for the purchase of new custodial cleaning equipment, the purchase of existing cleaning equipment parts, and repair services for most equipment brands in use.

Environmental Services 

This program has been designed and negotiated to provide participants with a large selection of environmental services at competitive rates. These services include, but are not limited to, mold, lead and asbestos testing; AHERA compliance; remediation; abatement; and training.

LightingLighting Supplies and Recycling Services

This bid-compliant, no-fee program provides participants the ability to procure many types of lamps and ballasts as well as provides a recycling option for the disposal of lamps, ballasts, and batteries.

Safety and Facilities Training 

This program has been developed for Maintenance and Custodial Managers and their staffs. The educational training programs cover an array of topics including: Hazard Communications, Right to Know, Blood Borne Pathogens, Pesticide Applicator Licensing, and Underground Storage Tank Training, plus many more.
