IU13 Collaborative Services conducts bids and RFPs for the use of its participating members’ educational programs and facilities. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. IU13 is the awarding lead agency for this program and strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors. Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) invites qualified firms to submit proposals according to the specifications contained in the above listed Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
All interested vendors must register with IU13 by emailing Steven Frey at steven_frey@iu13.org no later than 2:00 PM EST, February 3, 2026. Please send a separate email for each RFP, indicating the RFP number in the Subject line with the format: “IU13 WAN RFP 256-0xx Registration”
RFP documents and amendments are available on the USAC’s E-Rate FCC Form 470 Download Tool at: https://opendata.usac.org/stories/s/ejcg-sjaz Select “More” in Filters. Search under Application Number for the corresponding 470#. Documents are available in the system one day after posting.

Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13/IU 13 Consortia) has posted the USAC FCC Form 470 shown above:
IU13 Consortia is seeking 36-month pricing for 100 Gbps leased lit-fiber service (Optical Wave or Ethernet) between the sites listed below:
A-location: IU13 Newark Colo NIF – Building Meet-Me Room, 165 Halsey St, Newark, NJ 07102
Z-location: IU13 Pitt Colo NIF – Databank Meet-Me Room, 100 S Commons St, Suite 126, Pittsburgh, PA 15212
Service Start Date: July 1, 2026
Please provide Monthly Recurring Price for a 36-month term from 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2029, with up to (2) two optional one-year extensions, followed by up to 12 optional month-to-month extensions. Please provide any one-time installation costs, if applicable. Also indicate an estimate of all currently applicable taxes and fees.
