IU13 Collaborative Purchasing Program Information

IU13 Collaborative Services conducts bids and RFPs for the use of its participating members’ educational programs and facilities. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. IU13 is the awarding lead agency for this program and strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors. RFP 234-026 – Mobile Telecommunication Services

The Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (“IU13”) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Mobile Telecommunication Services, according to the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) #234-026. RFP documents, including terms and conditions, statement of work, specifications, and proposal format, can be obtained from Steven Frey, Senior Collaborative Services Manager. RFP 234-025 – Specialized Level 1 Classroom Services

The Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (“IU13”) invites qualified Providers to submit proposals to provide Specialized Level 1 Classroom Services, according to the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) #234-025. RFP documents, including terms and conditions, statement of work, specifications, and proposal format, can be obtained from Andrew Will, Collaborative and Purchasing Services Manager. Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority

The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority conducts bids and RFPs to procure materials and services related to the operating, maintaining, and improvement of the facilities that it owns or leases for the use of the IU13 and the public schools. Bids and RFPs are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement regulations; best practices; and the highest ethical standards. The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority strives to secure the lowest responsible bids from qualified vendors.
