Lancaster/Lebanon Interagency Coordinating Councils (LICC)
A network of parents, professionals, and community agencies that support Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. Through the engagement of community partners, early childhood and early learning partners, families, advocates and government officials, the LICC works to ensure that young children have access to supports, services and resources that help them develop and grow to reach their fullest potential.“
Parents are encouraged to become involved with community early intervention systems to establish local coordination of early intervention services and resources.
