• Valid PA Child Abuse Clearance (Issue date must be within the past year)
• Valid PA Criminal Record Check (Issue date must be within the past year)
• Valid FBI Fingerprint Check (Issue date must be within the past year)
  • For FBI Fingerprinting at IU13 (Lancaster Office): If you need an FBI Fingerprint Check for your employment at IU13 or a Lancaster/Lebanon county school district, CTC, or nonpublic school, and wish to complete this at the IU13 Lancaster County Office, visit www.iu13.org/FingerprintingAppointments.
  • For FBI Fingerprinting at another location: Visit the IdentoGO website.
• Current Physical (Issue date must be within the past year and documented on the School Personnel Health Record Form)
• Current Tuberculosis (TB) Test (Issue date must be within past 3 months)
