Human Capital Self-Assessment
LEA leaders can use the following tools to help determine where to focus their strategic human capital efforts. The data inventory tool helps users identify and gather relevant evidence for the self-assessment. The other tools provide guiding questions, potential evidence/metrics, and specific practices or conditions to look for. Users can choose to review the documents as a whole, or to focus on the section/s that are most relevant to their system’s current needs.
