Human Capital Self-Assessment
LEA leaders can use the following tools to help determine where to focus their strategic human capital efforts. The tools provide guiding questions, potential evidence/metrics, and specific practices or conditions to look for. Users can choose to review the documents as a whole, or to focus on the section/s that are most relevant to their system’s current needs.
