Statewide Distance Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE)

IU13 Community Education is administering a Statewide Distance IELCE  program for English learners across Pennsylvania with funding from the Division of Adult Education. All IELCE classes are FREE and 100% online with both morning and daytime options:

Daytime: Monday-Thursday, from 9 AM – Noon

Evening: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6-8:30 PM

To begin, you must participate in a required virtual registration appointment to complete documentation and an initial placement assessment. Our staff will reach out to organize your session date and time.
