For School Use
IU13 offers discounted pricing for Adobe products. There is a select group of programs available for purchase as a perpetual license. Creative Cloud products are available as an annual subscription license; you can buy them individually or buy the Creative Cloud Annual Building/Site or District Named User or Device subscriptions. Pricing and information on each of these purchasing models are listed below. Please contact IU13 at 717-606-1810 with any questions regarding these options. All purchase orders for Creative Cloud licensing must be submitted directly to Connection, our Adobe partner company.
Perpetual Licenses
These licenses can be purchased directly from IU13, and you pay a one-time fee allowing you to use the version of the program purchased for as long as you wish. You must purchase one license per computer, and each license comes with the ability to download the software from your Adobe Licensing Website: LWS. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Perpetual License Ordering Instructions
You will receive an email with access to your Adobe Licensing Website: LWS directly from Adobe. IU13 will send the serial number for your program along with a copy of your original purchase order, which will serve as your proof of licensing. The processing fee for Adobe perpetual license orders is $7.50.
Adobe reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. All perpetual license POs must include a contact name, phone number, and email address. POs cannot be processed without this information. Processing Fee for Adobe perpetual license orders is $7.50.

Creative Cloud Annual Building/Site or District Subscription – Device Options
This annual subscription-based building or district licensing program gives PA schools the opportunity to access most of Adobe’s high-quality software throughout the licensed building or the district. Based on a single building or full district’s device count (with a minimum of at least 100 per building and 500 per district), you pay an annual subscription fee of $24.85 per device installation. The programs below may then be installed on the number of computers you indicated on your PO (e.g., 100 licenses purchased, 100 computers installed, 122 licenses purchased, 122 licenses installed). All purchase orders should be sent to Connection (contact information at bottom of page).

Creative Cloud Annual Building/Site or District Subscription – Named User Licenses
User licenses include the Creative Cloud desktop apps and much more as listed below (with a minimum purchase of 500 licenses per building or 2,500 per district). The cost is $4.92 per user per year (required to buy the exact number of licenses you wish to deploy with a 500 license minimum for a building license or 2,500 license minimum for a district license)

Creative Cloud for Subscription Individual Licenses
All Creative Cloud licenses are now subscription licenses, meaning you pay annually for the licenses and they can only be purchased through an Adobe education partner. IU13 has made arrangements with Connection, a PA-based Adobe education partner, for PA schools to be able to buy individual user licenses through a discounted VIP program. This option will require individual schools to enter into an Adobe VIP agreement that will provide you with the ability to buy individual subscription licenses of Adobe Creative Cloud programs. The pricing listed below is 12-month pricing.

Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. It is part of the Adobe Document Cloud suite of services. Adobe Sign can make life easier for your school/district with digital forms while improving collaboration and transparency. It will also help you save time and resources and keeps information safe while ensuring compliance.
